Sometimes you hear a song for the first time, and the lyrics are perfect. They make perfect sense to you at that very moment in time, and it's like you've found it and heard it on purpose. Then, you'll see signs to it everywhere. You hear it in the background wherever you go, it's played on the radio, or you'll think you're hearing it, but it's actually just on loop inside your head. This song was, and still is, just that.

A Star Is Born is beautiful. As far as I could, for a film of that context, I thoroughly enjoyed it. But I'll admit, it broke a piece of me that I didn't realise wasn't already broken. And this song was then on loop. For days. So...I put my voice to it. It didn't make the loop go away, but it felt good to say the words for myself. So, on behalf of me, and for many close friends of mine, these lyrics sum it all up perfectly...xxx
